Policy

We offer a 2 week return window, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if there’s a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
